The Cereal Bunny Name
A lot of people always ask, why the name "Cereal Bunny", why not a fiercer name to imply that you’re a rock band. I always answer with a snicker. When the new line-up was formed, me and merf were thinking about a great name, something that would remind us of where we came from (WishBone) and can continue the legacy. We wanted something cute (because we are a pop band after all), and catchy. Then merf saw a cereal box with a rabbit in it. He suggested why not Cereal Bunny? Then i thought, hey that’s a catchy name! Thus, the name was formed. But the real story behind it why until now, we still use it is, we strive to make our original music be the first song you want to hear in the morning, may it be on the radio or in cd’s, mp3’s, ipod’s and the like. Just to get you inspired through the day. That’s why our project album, "Breakfast in Bed" is titled so, for that purpose….
